Refund Policy

Applies To: All services provided by Swift Lift Express LLC, including furniture delivery, assembly, and moving services.

1. General Policy

Swift Lift Express LLC is committed to providing high-quality, reliable service. Because our services involve labor, equipment, and scheduling commitments, all payments are considered final once service begins. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances can occur and have outlined the following refund conditions.

2. Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation: Customers may cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund of any deposit or prepaid amount.

  • Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours Notice): A 50% cancellation fee applies to cover crew scheduling and dispatch costs.

  • Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: A 100% service minimum (equal to 2 hours of labor or the minimum quoted rate) will be charged.

3. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled service time unless the cancellation is due to an error or delay caused by Swift Lift Express LLC.

4. Service Issues or Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

  • Please contact Customer Service at (208) 813-4063 or email customerservice@swiftliftexpress.com within 48 hours of the service date.

  • Refunds or partial credits may be issued only after a review of the service details and at the sole discretion of Swift Lift Express LLC.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction resulting from pre-existing damage, access restrictions, or incorrect information provided at booking.

5. Weather, Safety, or Equipment Delays

If your service is postponed or canceled due to unsafe conditions, road closures, or truck breakdowns, you may:

  • Reschedule at no additional cost, or

  • Request a full refund of any deposits or prepaid amounts.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed labor hours or travel already performed

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Equipment rentals or third-party accessorial fees
